A tungsten grinder can solve this problem. It is able to make the tip of tungsten fit for perfect welding. Stable arc. The Tungsten grinder enables the tungsten electrode to produce a stable arc. It will help to do a good-looking welding. Prevents contamination. If you don't use a tungsten grinder, it can cause contamination in the electrode.

Tungsten electrodes are available in different diameters from 0.5 to 8 mm for TIG welding. The most frequently used dimensions for TIG welding electrodes are 1.6 – 2.4 – 3.2 and 4 mm. The diameter of the electrode is chosen on basis of the current intensity, which type of electrode is preferred, and whether it is alternating or direct current.

TIG welding is unique in that it uses a mostly non-consumable resource: the tungsten rod. While in some forms of welding the rod will deform and need to be ground back into shape using a grinding wheel, for the most part the process of welding doesn't do much to the rod, and even in the case it needs to be "resharpened" like a pencil lead, you're losing very little material.
