If you must or prefer to use ER-16 collets, I would suggest that you contact Sherline and order a ER-16 spindle that provides close spindle mounting of cutting tools and will greatly increase efficiency and accuracy when compared to ER adaptor systems. Cost of either system may be less than the cost of accurate adaptors.
